Flinders Deepwater 2D Post-Stack Reprocessing
Great Australian Bight Basin, Australia
Searcher Seismic in conjunction with project partner Fugro have Post-Stack reprocessed all of the 2000 Flinders Deepwater 2D Seismic Survey in their 15,979 km Flinders Deepwater 2D Non-Exclusive Post-Stack Reprocessing Project. The Flinders Deepwater 2D Reprocessing Project lies over the Ceduna Sub-Basin in the Great Australian Bight, off the South Australian Coast. The Flinders Deepwater Post-Stack Reprocessing Project is an important dataset for oil companies wishing to evaluate the six blocks which have been released as part of the Australian Governments 2009 acreage release.
The amplitudes of the public domain seismic data are not balanced and required additional flitering in order to map the deeper events (and the primary Turonian target) in the data. The Flinders Deepwater 2D Reprocessing Project is done from the originial processed raw migrated stacks with the phase being preserved from the original processing. The reprocessing included time-variant dB scaling and bandpass filtering, FXY deconvolution and trace balance nested AGC.
The Flinders Deepwater 2D Post-Stack Non-Exclusive Reprocessing Project is available for immediate delivery.
