Offshore Canning Super-Tie 2D PSTM Reprocessing
Canning Basin, Australia
Searcher Seismic is PSTM reprocessing over 13,000 km of 2D seismic data over seven 2010 offshore acreage release blocks in the Offshore Canning Basin. Interest in this sparsely drilled basin has been increasing over recent years making the Offshore Canning Super-Tie 2D Non-Exclusive Reprocessing Project a must-have for companies wishing to analyse the basin's hydrocarbon potential.
With seismic coverage extending from the northern Carnarvon Basin to the southern Browse Basin the Offshore Canning Super-Tie will offer companies a regional evaluation tool, which will help define both structure and stratigraphy. The project is derived from 19 different vintages of 2D seismic data and will also provide companies with a suite of value added deliverables.
In order to ensure that the project adheres to Searcher Seismic’s “Super-Tie Reprocessing” brand and establishes itself as a truly integrated regional dataset, the entire reprocessing is being undertaken by one processing centre in Perth, where it will undergo rigorous internal and external QC procedures. Deliverables are now available.
